One suggestion tho: For the free open/source versions forum support makes a lot of sense. But for the paid product I wouldn&#039;t be very comfortable shelving 5K for a product and then having &quot;standard forum support&quot;, if I look at any other (developer) product I have licensed basically the moment you pay money you are entitled to priority/email support. At a certain pricepoint there is also phone support (but that might not make much sense for a developer product such as Awesomium).
